Analysis of the situation
We believe that there is always room for improvement in every process. And we'll discuss it with you. We will conduct a critical analysis of the situation and evaluate whether the simulation is suitable for solving your problems in production, logistics and administrative processes. We simulate processes for automotive, engineering, logistics, services, health and custom manufacturing.
Data Collection
Separately or in collaboration with you, we collect and measure all the necessary data that we need for the simulation. From the measurements we make, we also give you feedback on the opportunities we identify in the process.
Simulation of the current state
We model the current state of the analyzed process, material flows, workers, machinery, logistic routes, production times, etc. Model work is always conditional on requirements and customer input, mutual discussion and agreement with our consultants.
Testing variants
On the current state model, we will test the variants of the future state you want to achieve. We can model both partial changes and strategic modifications of the whole process. If you do not have an idea about the future state, we will propose changes to optimization based on the results from the simulation model of the current state, and then test them.
Digital factory
Your model stays with us in the database and whenever it is possible to test other changes, we can also provide you with software and train your staff to work with it. The goal is to connect the real world with the digital one to the point where the simulation will be able to simulate in real-time the future states of production or logistics processes. We will provide you with a smart planning tool.
